Saint Ambrose Spring Track

       The St. Ambrose Track team is open to grades K-8. Our teams are broken down into groups for practice and competitive meets. (K-2nd, 3rd-5th and 6th-8th)

We are part of the CJCTC (Central Jersey Catholic Track Conference) which is a Catholic elementary school league consisting of approximately 12 schools. There are usually 5-6 Friday night meets and then 2 Championship Meets on Saturdays in May. We practice twice a week at the township track and welcome all levels of athletes.

**THERE ARE NO BENCH WARMERS IN TRACK!!**  EVERYONE PARTICIPATES!  TRACK IS AN INDIVIDUAL SPORT AND EACH ATHLETE WORKS TO ACHIEVE THEIR PERSONAL BEST!!**
