Mrs. Evelyn Junice has been teaching at St. Ambrose School since 2001. She was a kindergarten teacher until 2013 when she was asked to start the PreK 3 program. She received her bachelor’s degree at Kean College with certification as Teacher of the Handicapped. Her master’s degree as a Reading Specialist was earned at Monmouth College. She taught at the Monmouth College Learning Center, an on campus school for special needs children, until taking time off to raise her family. Her three children are graduates of St. Ambrose School. It was seeing how her children loved their school and thrived there that inspired her to become part of the St. Ambrose faculty. She and her family have been members of St. Ambrose Parish since 1992.
