Mrs. Rita Naviello is a certified administrator with over 20 years of experience as an educational leader, mentor, and workshop developer. She earned her B.A degree in English/Education, M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction, and M.A. in Educational Leadership/Supervision. She was commended as an exemplar model of the Danielson Evaluation tool, and, as a member of the School Improvement Panel and data analysis committees, performed needs assessments to create and implement school-wide initiatives for academic growth. As a committed member of the Catholic community, as well as a product of Catholic education, Mrs. Naviello is aligned with our vision of educating and advancing the “whole child” academically, emotionally, and spiritually. As a Catholic school parent of two, she recognizes the value of building strong relationships among the stakeholders of both our school and parish communities, in a unified effort to promote academic excellence in a nurturing and faith-based environment.
When not cultivating the future leaders in St. Ambrose School, you can find Mrs. Naviello and family, on the basketball/volleyball courts… or in a remote campsite!
